Health and Safety Protocols

At the Phoenix Convention Center & Venues, the safety of our guests and employees remains our top priority. Designed with the future in mind, we have elevated our existing practices to include innovative standards of health, sanitation and safety.

We continue to monitor and follow guidelines issued by local, state and federal public health agencies. Our COVID-19 Operating Plan and our Theatrical Venues COVID-19 Operating Plan​ outline our safety protocols to limit and mitigate the spread of COVID-19. 

Enhanced Cleaning Procedures

We are pleased to share that our convention facilities continue to be a GBAC STAR™ accredited after successfully passing the two-year recertification audit in July 2021. The accreditation is achieved when facilities can demonstrate compliance with the program's twenty elements and show how they are implemented into daily practice. ​
